Are your practitioners qualified and insured? Absolutely. All practitioners hold relevant diplomas/certificates, first aid, police checks, insurance, and professional memberships. We prioritise ongoing training and compliance.
How do you ensure client safety and privacy? We have strict protocols for data security, incident management, and practitioner conduct. Client notes are encrypted and securely stored.
What if my practitioner is unavailable? We’ll try to find a suitable replacement or offer to reschedule. If that’s not possible, there’s no charge.

Are group sessions available? For aged care clients, all sessions are delivered one-on-one for safety and personalisation, however, group sessions can be provided upon request.
